Operation monitoring report of the energy-saving renovation project of the aerator drive part
Monitoring location: Chongqing Qianjiang Drainage Co., Ltd. (sewage treatment plant).
Monitoring time: 11:52 am on June 21, 2017, to 17:22 pm on June 21, 2017 (take photos every 30 minutes to obtain data, and the interval between the two sets of data is 3 minutes).
Monitoring items: No. 1 oxidation ditch 3-108, 3-109 aerator operating current comparison detection.
Monitoring method: under the condition of non-stop for six hours, the two units’ ammeters are taken at the same time to obtain data.
Monitoring target: after the transformation of the transmission part of the No. 1 oxidation ditch 3-108 aerator, the operating current of the 3-109 aerator that has not been modified under the same working conditions should be compared at the same period to obtain the corresponding operating energy consumption data.
Monitoring conclusion: The data collected in the above six hours is integrated, and the comprehensive average
of the B phase of the ammeter is taken as the comparative data standard. The conclusions are as follows: the average value of the six-hour running current of 3-108 is 88.6087, and the average value of the six-hour running current meter of 3-109 is 121.0696. The difference between the two sets of data is calculated as (121.0696-88.6087) ÷ 121.0696 = 0.268118. According to the existing data, the energy-saving rate is about 27%.
